Challenge
The chief complaint from our customer is second-floor rooms are unbearably hot in the summer and extremely cold in winter. The customer had to use window air conditioning units for summer months and space heaters in winter months which added to their monthly bills greatly. While digging into the conversation of insulation, our customer had service work done recently in the attic and we found damaged insulation.
Solution
Our solution is to take out the damaged insulation and add TruSoft Stabilized Blown-in cellulose insulation. Our customer now has 17" or R60 of blown-in insulation and also could feel the difference the same day. He also removed air-conditioned units out of the windows that day.
