Mold was found on the floor truss of the homeowners basement. Due to relatively higher humidity in the area causing condensation can allow mold to grow. We remediated with MoldX2. We also installed a Sani Dry Sedona Humidifier which will lower moisture levels and prevent any musty smells from rising into the home.
